I was born and raised in Oslo and always had a passion for cars and motorsport. At the age of 12 I got my first gokart, and since then I've raced in karting, racing, rallying and drifting. I am one of few to have won races in all four diciplines.
My attitude and approach to driving has always been to be the odd one out. Not only to be fast, but to be flamboyant and challenge myself to do what others claim "can't be done". I have spent a lot of time and effort to achieve a certain level of car control and to be comfortable with pushing the limits. This has both won and lost me races, but it has set me up perfectly for my current profession.
To me, driving has never been about the thrill or the adrenaline. It has been about the control. To always be in control of the vehicle and the situation, not matter how unpredictable or uncontrollable it may seem. This approach has gotten me through 25 years of motorsport without a single big crash. I hope to keep that statistic in my professional career as a precision driver.
